In AGO, we provide opportunities for our officers to advance professionally through continuous learning, training and knowledge-sharing. We also offer structured development programmes which comprise a comprehensive foundation course for auditors, as well as opportunities to attend workshops and seminars.

Auditors are rotated to do different audits such as Financial Statements audits and selective audits of different agencies. They may also be deployed to the Specialist Hubs in AGO such as the IT Audit Department and Digital Innovation Office.
