On 10 January 2024, His Excellency Sheikh Ghusan bin Hilal Al Alwai, Chairman of State of Audit & Administrative Institution of Sultanate Oman (SAI Oman) visited AGO. He was accompanied by Mr Mohammad Al Harthy (Head of Chairman’s Office), Mr Khalid Al Kharusi (Director General, Audit of Investments and Companies), Mr Ahmad Al Mawali (Director General, Audit of Energy and Minerals), Dr Hamyar Al Mahrouqi (Director, Training Center), Mr Yaqoub Al Salmy (Director, Private Coordination), and Mr Anwar bin Ahmed Mohammed Muqaibal (Charge d’affaires of the Sultanate of Oman’s Embassy to the Republic of Singapore).

After a warm welcome by Auditor-General Goh Soon Poh, CPIB representatives shared on CPIB’s role and work. This was followed by AGO representatives sharing on various topics including AGO’s role, training, and digital transformation journey.
