Visit to Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia

On 22 August 2024, Auditor-General (AG) Goh Soon Poh led a delegation to visit the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK).

The visit began with AG making a courtesy call on the Chair of BPK, Dr Isma Yatun. This was followed by BPK giving AGO an overview of the organisation, its digital transformation efforts, and manpower development and training initiatives.

As AGO will assume the ASEANSAI Chairmanship in 2025, BPK also shared on some considerations in organising the ASEANSAI summit.

At BPK's invitation, the AGO delegation also visited the ASEANSAI Secretariat Office located within the BPK headquarters office in Jakarta.

The visit signified the close relationship between the two SAIs.
